About

Founded in 2006 by architect and art collector Ghada Kunash, Fann À Porter is a contemporary art gallery that represents a diverse roster of emerging and established international and regional artists.

Adopting a non-traditional model that emphasizes transparency and accessibility, Fann À Porter offers clear pricing, bespoke payment plans, and mentorship and studio space for its artists. The gallery is located at The Workshop, a multidisciplinary community hub housed in a renovated Jumeirah villa—one of Dubai’s oldest neighborhoods, known for its traditional residential architecture and small businesses. The space includes a sustainable store, design studio, and café.

The gallery’s exhibition program presents six to eight exhibitions per year and features artists working across diverse media. Fann À Porter has established a series of dialogues and collaborations with curators, writers, governmental entities, and institutions to affirm its commitment to supporting the long-term development of young contemporary artists from the Middle East. Throughout its history, the gallery has held non-profit auctions, talks, participated in international art fairs, and hosted artistic performances.
